Registration for our Learn to Swim and Junior Lifeguard programs begins on March 15th. Sign up early as classes fill up quickly. You must register in the Group Sales Office Monday thru Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. For further information, please call 817-427-6500. LEARN TO SWIM Certified NRH2O Swim Instructors will be conducting Swim Lessons at NRH2O Family Water Park using the Jeff Ellis Swimming Program. This is the fifteenth season for the NRH2O Learn To Swim lesson program and over 1,600 kids have learned to swim in this fun environment over the past fourteen years. The maximum student to teacher ratio is 6 to 1. At the completion of the class each student will receive a certificate and one-day ticket to the waterpark. Swim lessons will be held from 8:15 to 9:15 every Monday through Thursday morning with Fridays as rain makeup days. Each class will run for two weeks and will consist of eight lessons. The ages allowed in the classes are 4-7 and 8-12. Class 1 – June 7 - 18 LEARN TO SWIM PRICES JUNIOR LIFEGUARD Students will learn lifeguarding skills, personal safety in the water, and National Safety Council CPR and First Aid skills. To aid in the training of the junior guards, each student will receive a one-day ticket to the waterpark to help them observe the lifeguards in action. Students will receive a T-shirt, whistle, waterbottle, notebook, and a certificate at the completion of the class. The class is designed to allow the student to develop their skills and aid them when they apply to work at the waterpark or anywhere else as a lifeguard.
