NRH₂O's Raincheck Policy



Please retain your ticket stub. If NRH₂O interrupts park operations for 60 minutes or more (up to two hours prior to the posted closing time), guests who are at the park can exchange their ticket stub for a raincheck valid for the remainder of the current operating season. Management reserves the right to suspend operation and/or close the park at any time and initiate the raincheck policy. No refunds or early issued rainchecks are given.

Guests who are at the park on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday when the raincheck policy is initiated can exchange their ticket stub for a raincheck that is good for another Monday through Thursday during the current operating season. Guests who are at the park on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday when the raincheck policy is initiated can exchange their ticket stub for a raincheck to come back any other day during the current operating season. Remember to hold on to your ticket stubs!
