Please have your government-issued ID and the physical credit card used to make the booking available. Failure to provide valid ID and credit card will result in cancellation, and a different form of payment will be required for same-day rebooking upon check-in. Refunds may take up to 7 business days for your banking institution to credit back to your account.

·         Tickets and reserved tables will be issued at check-in after credit card verification is complete. ·         Will-call is available at the front gate ticket booth windows for guests not present at check-in. ·         Please have a list of names ready to have tickets placed in will-call. NRH2O will not hold onto tickets in will call that does not have a guest’s name. ·         Please communicate will-call procedures in advance to any guests not arriving at the same time. Challenges may arise if you’re swimming and your guest cannot get ahold of you! ·         Tickets are non-refundable. Please use all tickets that were included in the party package before purchasing additional tickets.

·         All guests attending NRH2O are required to have a ticket, regardless of whether they are swimming. ·         Parents/chaperones of children attending NRH2O are required to have a ticket. ·         Additional party tickets are $21.99 each. ·         Birthday add-on tickets are available at the ticket booth and group sales office. ·         Guests must request a birthday add-on ticket and mention the name of the birthday party reservation before paying to receive the discounted rate of $21.99. ·         All ticket sales are final; refunds are not permitted.

Our goal is to make check-in as easy as possible! Groups can begin checking in at 10:30 a.m. Entry into NRH2O is allowed starting at 11:00 a.m. Friday – Sunday Express Check-In: 10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. o   Located to the right of the front gate. o   Look for the Birthday Check-In flags and banner that says “Welcome!” o   Signs will point to the Express Check-In Gate.      Friday – Sunday Late Check-In: 2:00 p.m. and after. o   Located to the left of the front gate. o   Look for the double green doors under the blue and white awnings.     Monday – Thursday Check-In o   Located to the left of the front gate. o   Look for the double green doors under the blue and white awnings.

Refrigeration is available for birthday cakes. Please limit one cake per party. No other food items will be refrigerated. (Freezer space is available for guests with ice cream cakes or ice cream.)

·         Decorations such as tablecloths, balloons with weights, table toppers, and goodie bags are permitted. ·         NOT ALLOWED: Confetti, streamers, large inflatables, or glass decorations. ·         When decorating, please be respectful of nearby groups. We ask that all party decorations are cleaned up prior to the end of the party.

·         NOT ALLOWED: Glass containers, knives, alcohol, or restaurant-prepared food/beverages (e.g., pizza, fast food, deli trays, or gas station drinks). ·         NOT ALLOWED: Crockpots or sternos. ·         ALLOWED: Pre-packaged foods such as chips, cookies, sandwich bread, and lunch meat. ·         ALLOWED: Plastic bottles, canned sodas, juices, and water (no alcohol or glass). ·         ALLOWED: Cakes for birthdays/registered groups are permitted. Please notify staff upon check-in if refrigeration is required. Only one cake per group may be refrigerated. No other food items will be refrigerated. ·         Coolers (60 quarts or smaller) are permitted. Ice must remain bagged until after cooler check. Coolers larger than 60 quarts are subject to a $30 cooler fee. ·         Empty plastic or metal refillable bottles are allowed (no glass). Bottles may be filled after entering the park. ·         Please be prepared to have all bags and coolers checked before entry.

·         Registered groups and birthday parties may order pizza while visiting, up to one hour before the park closes. Pizza is generally delivered to the party table within 30 minutes of ordering. ·         Large 16” pizzas – cheese or pepperoni (8 slices each). ·         Large pizzas cost $24.99 each. ·         Gluten-friendly cauliflower crust pizzas are also available. Ask your host for details.

·         Cancellations made at least one week prior to your scheduled visit date are eligible for a refund. ·         To reschedule your event, please contact groups@nrh2o.com at least 72 hours before your event. ·         No refunds will be issued to groups that do not show up for their reservation. ·         For additional information, please email groups@nrh2o.com

NRH2O’s Weather Warranty, we know that in Texas a partially cloudy forecast for the day can turn out to be mostly sunny, or a clear forecast can pop-up a quick rain shower! But in the event of inclement weather, never fear because we have our NRH2O Weather Warranty. We make your visit risk-free by assuring that if we suspend and/or close operations due to lightning in the area at least two hours prior to the scheduled closing time, you will receive a complimentary ticket to come back later. Management reserves the right to suspend operation and/or close the park at any time and initiate the raincheck policy. All you need is your proof of admission for that day, and all members of the party must be present to receive a complimentary ticket upon exiting the park. It’s simple and risk-free.
