NRh2O Terms and conditions

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in any individual or group activity sponsored by the City of North Richland Hills (“City”) or occurring at a NRH2O Family Water Park (NRH2O), a City-owned facility—or by allowing my child to participate—I voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation.

I hereby release and discharge the City, its officers, employees, contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages, including illness or injury, that may result from participation, and I waive any right to bring legal action related thereto.

PAYMENT VERIFICATION AND AUTHORIZATION POLICY

To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, all purchasers must provide the original credit card used for the transaction along with a matching valid government-issued photo ID to verify card ownership and authorization. We reserve the right to refuse service, delay fulfillment, or cancel any order that cannot be verified to our satisfaction. By completing a purchase, the cardholder (“Purchaser”) acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They are the authorized user of the credit card submitted.

  • They consent to providing any requested verification documentation.

Any attempt to dispute a valid charge, submit a chargeback without legitimate cause, or engage in fraudulent activity may result in permanent restriction from future purchases and may be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

Fraudulent chargebacks are considered theft and will be reported accordingly.

STRICT NO-CHARGEBACK POLICY

By completing any purchase, the cardholder (“Purchaser”) expressly agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services or access already rendered.

Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a breach of contract and may constitute fraud under federal and state law. The City will take legal action and report such activity to the appropriate financial institutions and fraud authorities.
Chargebacks made in contradiction to these policies—particularly after pass usage, access to the facility, or participation in an activity—will be disputed to the fullest extent, and any incurred costs will be pursued for recovery, including but not limited to attorney fees, collection agency involvement, and account bans.

FRAUD WARNING
Attempting to reverse legitimate transactions via your bank or credit card provider after receiving services constitutes fraud and will be met with civil and/or criminal legal action. The City cooperates fully with banks, credit card issuers, law enforcement, and fraud prevention authorities.
